Woodland forget-me-not (Myosotis sylvatica) 

This small, blue, edible flower is highly beneficial for pollinators and birds, providing food for both in the form of nectar and seeds.

It's name "sylvatica" means forest loving. However, it can be found growing in a wide range of conditions globally, even outside its native range as an invasive weed.
